From Charlie's Angels to Charmed, there's something timeless about the bubblegum rendering of girl power brought to the small-screen by poptastic producer Aaron Spelling. For five seasons on Angels, Barbie doll-like detectives went undercover to crack Scooby-Doo-esque cases. The series' junior season kicks off with Sabrina Duncan (Kate Jackson) sporting a new 'do in a two-part special (''Angels in Vegas'') guest-starring Dean Martin as a casino owner who hires them when one of his showgirls dies in a suspicious car accident. In ''Angel Come Home,'' original Angel/Chris' big sis Jill Munro (Farrah Fawcett) returns from race-car driving in Europe with a fiancé, played by a young Stephen Collins (a.k.a. Reverend Camden). More of season 3's highlights include a second two-parter ''Terror on Skis'' and a nubile Jamie Lee Curtis as a pro golfer in ''Winning Is for Losers.'' EXTRAS None: It's a straight-up debut — in a nice package, of course.
