Trashy novelist Catherine Tramell again flashes her wicked ways in Basic Instinct 2, a box office dud. EXTRAS Like Tramell, producer Joel Michaels might need some limits: ''Basic Instinct 3?'' he says. ''Perhaps...'' Nine deleted scenes are mostly forgettable (''Michael Arrives at Clinic,'' for instance), though Stone does show up drenched from a rainstorm in one and talks about a teenage lesbian experience in another. But despite the sexual-innuendo-riddled conversation, those seeking more actual skin in this ''unrated'' version will be left unsatisfied.
