This a pink-and-black-clad pop-punk trio may be the canniest band of rock opportunists since the Turtles (whose vocal harmonies and tongue-in-cheek shamelessness echo in The Pink Spiders tunes like ''Adelae''). Still, on their major-label debut, Teenage Graffiti, the Spiders' market-tested style delivers head-bobbing anthems in rave-ups like ''Saturday Nite Riot'' and ''Little Razorblade.'' Credit also belongs to Ric Ocasek, whose production gives this confection the ideal blend of sweetness and crunch.
