Toothpaste tubes, origami, a tattoo, an eggbeater, and a stripper — no matter how expertly combined — can't break you out of a maximum-security prison. But if you weren't skeptical of the addictive drama's farfetched plot, the EXTRAS on the loaded Prison Break: Season One admit its excesses (in one doc, the show's tattoo designer says the hero's body art would have taken four years, a fact lethal to the story line) and deceits (the chemicals that make ''cute poison,'' a corrosive central to the escape, actually produce nougat).
