A year after Philip Seymour Hoffman's Oscar-winning Capote, Douglas McGrath's rival Truman show, which was filmed around the same time, is ready for its closeup. But is there really more to tell about the author's life during the period he penned In Cold Blood? ''There's no way you can say everything there is to be said about him in one film,'' insists McGrath, who delves deeper into Capote's extravagant nightlife.
