Further evidence the teen boom is waning: Angioplasty survivor Regis Philbin, 69, is featured in this summer's ''Boy Issue'' of 16 magazine. No, the mag isn't training young Anna Nicole Smiths. ''You've got your Justin Timberlake, your old faithfuls,'' says editor Roberta Caploe, ''but we thought we should cast the net a little bit wider.'' The hunkalicious host is so stoked that he plugged the issue on ''Live With Regis and Kelly.''
But some of his cutie pie competition is leery. ''Every time we see Reege he looks better and better,'' bemoans singer Ste McNally, 22, whose band BBMak is scheduled to perform on ''Live'' June 5. ''It's uncomfortable when girls in the audience are screaming loudest for him.''
