Built in 1982, the 5,000-plus square foot home has Brazilian cherry wood floors, a gourmet kitchen, a media room, and a master bedroom suite with a fireplace and a deck that faces the Pacific. The property -- Goldie Hawn and Steven Spielberg are neighbors -- also includes a gated courtyard and an outdoor entertainment area with a kitchen and stone spa. The Brookses also own a 9,000 square foot home in L.A.'s tony Brentwood area that is not on the market.
