FLESH START Different label, same Mariah
Mariah Carey: George Holz

Carey's on a new label and in a new movie (''All That Glitters''), but it's the same ol' sound on the amusingly derivative single ''Loverboy.'' There's a sampled '80s hook (Cameo's ''Candy''), breathy mumbles, and a gang of rap guests (Ludacris, Da Brat, Twenty II, Shawnna) on the accompanying remix. The only unexpected thing is when the ex-Mrs. Tommy Mottola sings ''I want a sugar daddy.'' Didn't she just get rid of one?
