A threadbare crazy-quilt of Spanish sex comedies, Queens wants desperately to be Women on the Verge of a Big Gay Wedding: Three same-sex couples and their wacky parents mug their way through various breakdowns and breakups on the eve of Spain's first same-sex nuptials, a mass-marriage media event. Director and co-writer Manuel Gómez Pereira (Mouth to Mouth) abandons a fine cast (including Almodóvar vets like Carmen Maura) in a wet tangle of story lines and lethal love-me cuteness. What's Spanish for ''Hallmark''?
