The Jamaican artist who turned ''zim-zimma'' and ''zagga-zow'' into catchphrases coins another nonsense zinger on the ominous single ''Hmm Hmm.'' It's one of the finest moments on Undisputed, yet another lamentably uneven Beenie Man album. The hardcore dancehall cuts are thrilling, but the disc falters with crossover attempts like ''Girls,'' an overheated Scott Storch production with thug crooner Akon singing a clichéd chorus about ''them cute and sexy girls.'' Another case of Top 40 lust getting in the way of what Beenie Man does best.
