There Is a Season, The Byrd's second box doesn't unearth many fresh rarities, but benefits from chronological sequencing: Roger McGuinn's Rickenbacker psych-outs are mostly concentrated on one disc, while Chris Hillman and Gram Parsons' veritable invention of country-rock fills another. Bonus: A DVD of lip-synched TV spots.
