Freida Lee Mock, who won a doc Oscar for Maya Lin: A Strong Clear Vision, turns her lens on playwright Tony Kushner from 2001 to 2004 when he staged Homebody/Kabul and Caroline, or Change, but before he completed Munich. It's too bad the Spielberg movie didn't make the cutoff, because Wrestling with Angels could use some brouhaha: It's a bit too much of a pleasant air kiss from a fan, and doesn't engage inquisitively enough with Kushner's often controversial and very political ideas. (Note: Kushner is married to EW executive editor Mark Harris.)
