Mommy, what does 'Weed' mean?
Weeds: Randy Tepper

Monday

October 30

SEASON FINALE
10-10:30PM
Weeds (Showtime, TV-MA) The harvest behind her, Nancy (Mary-Louise Parker, pictured) must reap what she has sown. And, boy, has she sown! Her DEA-agent hubby has tapped into her lying ways; her grade-school-graduating son has realized mommy's not baking muffins; and her other son wants in on the family biz. More wacky characters than a telenovela (do we really need the Inuit bounty hunter?) make this finale almost too fat to roll, but the cliff-hanger proves Weeds is still as addictive as ever. B+Ari Karpel

8-8:30PM
Everybody Hates Chris (The CW, TV-PG) Chris gets robbed at the cash register. That's so 90210 when Brenda got held up at the Peach Pit. Yes, I'm 1,000 years old.

8-9PM
Wife Swap (ABC, TV-PG-L) Somebody's husband is getting a do-your-own-damn-dishes spell put on him when a Wiccan priestess trades with a put-upon wife. (R)

8-9PM
Prison Break (Fox, TV-14-DLV) T-Bag, ever the sensitive former jailbird, brings flowers to Mrs. Hollander.

9-10PM
Heroes (NBC, TV-14-V) Claire thinks her parents can help her understand why she is how she is. Please. Are their names Carol and Mike?

9-10PM*
American Experience: The Great Fever (PBS, TV-PG) Jaundice, liver failure, and massive bleeding: just a few things not on my to-do list.

9-10:30PM
Angel Rodriguez (HBO, TV-MA) As a troubled teen and his social worker bond, we cry.

9-11PM
The House Next Door (Lifetime, TV-14-V) Happy couple (Lara Flynn Boyle, Colin Ferguson) + scarily obsessive architect (Mark-Paul Gosselaar) = Lifetime movie.

9-11PM
Cracker: A New Terror (BBC America, TV-14) Robbie Coltrane, people!

SEASON FINALE
10-10:30PM
Gene Simmons Family Jewels (A&E, TV-14) Shannon suggests Gene get a face-lift. But isn't that what all the Kiss makeup is for?

10-11PM
CSI: Miami (CBS, TV-14-V) Tonight features a cruise ship murder and a magician. Bad on two counts. (R)

11PM-12AM
The Daily Show With Jon Stewart (Comedy Central) The unofficially authoritative source for news travels to Ohio to cover the Midterm elections. ''Battlefield Ohio: 'The Daily Show's' Midwest Midterm Midtacular'' will air nightly through Thursday.
