B
In 1938's Carefree, Fred Astaire's a shrink who tries to cure Ginger Rogers, who doesn't wanna wed Ralph Bellamy. This leads to silly hypnotism gags, but also to ''The Yam,'' a top-notch number that ends with Ginger repeatedly jumping over Fred's outstretched leg while spinning around the room.
