The highlight Jimmy Page, nicknamed ''Led Wallet,'' insists on recording at a dank former poorhouse instead of renting Mick Jagger's pricier mansion. Worth the $16.95? Only for Zep obsessives who care to know that Page's ''Stairway to Heaven'' solo was played on a Telecaster, not his Les Paul. B
