The Wedding Planner is a review proof video if ever there was one. And why not? Career gal J. Lo and ''Dr. Right'' McConaughey meet cute and are then hampered by a series of ''you bet they'll overcome them'' impediments (his fiancée, her fiancé, her moral rectitude), plus enough weddings to satisfy even the most avid Modern Bride reader. That it's actually yet another not very good ''chick flick'' when it could've been far more clever won't deter many. What, you expect nutritional value from cotton candy?
