Chan, who nabbed $15 million plus points for ''Rush Hour 2'' (previous ''Rush Hour'' paycheck: $5 million) and who once swore off Hollywood, now can't get enough of it. He wants to shoot one Asian film and one American film each year. ''I now have two different kinds of audience,'' says Chan. ''The kind that has been watching my action films for 20 years, and the American family audience -- American jokes, less fighting.'' Currently shooting the Hong Kong actioner ''Highbinders,'' Chan will next star in the U.S. production ''The Tuxedo'' and a sequel to ''Shanghai Noon.'' (Sorry, kung fu fans, Chan's camp denies a recent report that he's planning a team-up with ''Kiss of the Dragon'''s Jet Li.) Chan makes no bones about craving Hollywood's approval, as he demonstrated recently in L.A. when a famous diva sought out his autograph. ''Diana Ross!'' Chan shouts. It takes a few minutes for him to recover after she leaves. ''That,'' he beams, ''makes me feel so good.''
