''Rush Hour 2'' -- the largely made up as they went along sequel to 1998's hit buddy flick -- begins right where its predecessor ended, with cops Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker arriving in Hong Kong and getting involved in a counterfeiting scheme hatched by a mobster (''The Last Emperor'''s John Lone) and an American businessman (Alan King) who's opening a Chinese themed Vegas casino.
