Seen the Shakespearean teen romance starring a moonfaced nymphet? So have we, from ''10 Things I Hate About You'' and ''O'' to Get Over It, a cheap Bardic imitation, which pays homage to ''A Midsummer Night's Dream.'' Mopily heartbroken Berke (Ben Foster) has been ditched by his girlfriend Allison for a gelled-up Euro import, so he lands a role in his high school production of ''Dream'' in order to get her back. He winds up falling for Kelly (Kirsten Dunst), the meekly talented little sister of his best friend. Tedious love games ensue. Puck would be peeved.
