Yep, she's moving out. After a high profile split last year with Anne Heche, actress and comedian Ellen DeGeneres is selling the L.A. home the canoodling couple bought for $1.7 million in 1999. (The gal pals also sold their Ojai, Calif., home shortly after they parted ways.) Nestled in the Hollywood Hills, the 2,800-square-foot house was built in 1966 and sits on a verdant lot with an outdoor pool surrounded by bamboo, lavender, Mexican sage, and fountain grass. Inside, the open floor plan includes high ceilings, glass walls, and concrete floors, as well as a media room and gourmet kitchen. No word yet on where DeGeneres plans to nest next.
