REEL DEALS After a movie season of computer-generated monsters and goofy teen antics, you may be ready for some old-fashioned, glamorous, star-driven romance movies. Hollywood is rushing to oblige. Tom Cruise is in talks to reunite with ''Jerry Maguire'' costar Renée Zellweger in an adaptation of Charles Frazier's best-seller ''Cold Mountain.'' Cruise would play the Confederate soldier struggling to make it home to Zellweger, his sweetheart from before the Civil War. Anthony Minghella (''The Talented Mr. Ripley,'' ''The English Patient'') would direct.

On the comedic side, Sandra Bullock and Hugh Grant are getting together for a film written by Marc Lawrence, who cowrote Bullock's ''Miss Congeniality'' and served as a script doctor on Grant's ''Mickey Blue Eyes.'' Lawrence would make his directing debut on the yet-untitled movie. Both projects will shoot in February.

More A-list stars: Tom Hanks may join the cast of ''Catch Me If You Can'' as the FBI agent who spends six years chasing down Leonardo DiCaprio. The project would also reunite Hanks with his World War II pal, Steven Spielberg.

DiCaprio wont be the only FBI fugitive coming soon to a theater near you. Taking a page from TV's ''America's Most Wanted,'' the FBI has started screening pictures of fugitives along with the movie previews at 60 screens in the Washington-Baltimore area. One of the three wanted men shown in last week's lineup has already turned himself in just from learning about the screenings from a TV news report. Expect to see the FBI expand the program to screens nationwide.
