Do you realize that nobody will ever believe anything you say again, since you're now renowned for being a liar?
Being a liar should work perfectly in Hollywood! It's funny, I had a debriefing with the producers after the show, and I was lying to them bit by bit just to see if they would catch on, and they were very suspicious.

How come you were so unrepentantly evil, but you only got more and more popular, whereas another reality-TV villain, ''Survivor'''s Jerri, only earned more loathing?
From day one, I said I was going to lie and I was going to be the evil doctor in the house. I made no bones about it. I said, ''Listen, if you trust me, you're a fool. Don't make a deal with me or I'll stab you in the back.'' And that's what I did. So in the end everyone had no one to blame but themselves. I lied, but told them I was going to, so no one could really hold that against me.

You often called your housemates stupid in the diary room. Was that just to get attention, or did you mean it?
I don't think the people on the show were idiots. I think it's safe to say that I was significantly more intelligent than anyone else on the show. We had to take psychological exams before we went in, and I scored exceedingly high, higher than anyone else. It sounds very condescending and cocky, but it's a fact. I certainly think that worked to my advantage.

Why did everyone get so angry and high and mighty when they were voted out, even though that was the point of the game, and they had all voted others out before them?
To this day I can't understand people's anger. After the finale, people were still angry and jealous. I think the problem was people went into the game and said, ''I'm going to be myself, which is a good person in real life,'' and then they were shocked when other people said that and weren't good people.

What did you think of all the weeping when people had to nominate or evict?
I've never seen such a group of snivelling, snotting people in my entire life. Some felt if they gave these crocodile tears, then they could say, ''I didn't want to vote you out, and I'm crying to justify it.'' And I didn't feel that was justification for doing what they did. I'll give you an example. The week Kent won head of household, Hardy embraced him. No less than seven days later, Hardy was crying when he evicted Kent. And I was like, how can you be someone's best friend one minute and cry the next?

Do you still think you're in love with Shannon? Being held in captivity might well screw with your perception.
We went through this traumatic event together, being on the show. When you live with a stranger for 27 days, 24 hours a day -- and we literally were never more than two feet apart from each other -- that's an incredible bonding experience. If you want to extrapolate that into actual quanitification, that's the equivalent of dating for like a year. We're on the best of terms, things couldn't be more wonderful between us, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her.

When you saw her blow up at Hardy, did you ever think, ''I love her... but I hope I never make her angry.''
Absolutely. Like I said on the show, Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. But people handle things differently. I'm very calm, collected. For me, the most beautiful thing about revenge is just quietly digesting it and then bringing it up slowly like I did on the show. Some people would rather blow up.

Were you angry you hadn't thought of the ''proposing live'' thing before Mike Boogie did it to Krista?
No. I'm still a little confused by that. It was sort of overwhelming when they came in and told me what happened.

Have they spoken to each other since the show?
I don't know. I saw them at Belly [at the post-finale party] and they looked like they were on good terms.
