The Commander-in-Chief is selling one of his getaway homes. No, it's not Camp David! It's the seaside cottage of ''West Wing'' honcho Martin Sheen. Built in 1950, the three-story hillside hideaway has been impeccably renovated to include three patios and a master bath, and has spectacular ocean and mountain views. Sheen and his wife, Janet, own two other properties in the L.A. area. Their main home is in Malibu. (Jo Wilder of Coldwell Banker Beverly Hills has the listing.) The couple has used the 1,500-square-foot home since 1995 and has not yet decided whether they will replace it with another cottage in the city.
