Director Wes Anderson raised the bar for movie music with his wonderful ''Rushmore'' soundtrack. This latest effort, for The Royal Tenenbaums, is another delightfully odd mix of left-field choices: plangent folk (Nico, Nick Drake), bracing punk (Ramones, Clash), Tinkertoy classicism (Mark Mothersbaugh) -- and the worst song Bob Dylan ever recorded (''Wigwam''). Get it, even if you skip the flick.
