And then there were four. ''Survivor: Africa'' may have lacked some of the suspense of the previous two editions, but now, with only a quartet of players remaining, things are poised to get very interesting. If nothing else, at least someone will be walking away with a cool million bucks at the conclusion of Thursday night's two-hour finale (CBS, 8 p.m.).
