(FROM VARIETY) – Sony Pictures Classics has acquired North American rights to Jonathan Levins's The Wackness in a deal reportedly valued at under $2 million. The movie, about a teenaged drug dealer (Josh Peck) who sells product to a therapist (Ben Kingsley) in exchange for psychological advice, just won the Sundance dramatic audience prize.
