An Office Space for the Costco set, this quirk-filled comedy finds head cashier Vince (Shepard) up for his 18th Employee of the Month title and a ''newish'' car prize. But first he must battle slacker box boy Zach (Cook), who's more concerned with wooing cashier Amy (Simpson). Employee of the Month is amusing when knocking overzealous management, but it's mostly awkward in a bad Saturday Night Live way.
EXTRAS Plodding outtakes and deleted scenes; a clever alternate opening with Eva Longoria that should've been used.
