CHILL BEATS Omarion serves up a stylish platter on 21, using ingredients provided by producers such as Timbaland on ''Ice Box''

For 21, his second solo effort, the former leader of teen R&B idols B2K has done what any savvy ex-boy-bander would do these days: call Timbaland. Pop music's Midas provides a gently glitchy beat for the second single, ''Ice Box''; Omarion's no Justin, but he wraps his reedy voice around those stuttering synths with considerable style. He gives similarly solid performances over the club-ready creations of the Neptunes and other producers. The only major letdown is that lead single ''Entourage'' has nothing to do with HBO's Vince Chase & Co. B
