You can't fault the cause (some proceeds from Oh, My NOLA will go to musicians displaced by Katrina) or song choices (from the jazz-age classic ''Careless Love'' to Allen Toussaint's ''Yes We Can Can''). But while Harry Connick Jr. oozes love for his hometown, sings with swing, and reels off barrelhouse piano runs that'd make the late N'awlins genius Professor Longhair proud, the songs mostly glide by amiably, leaving little impression. In short, a bit dullsville — a word that could never describe that once and future great city on the Gulf Coast.
