Sure, this is ''Celtic music''...and if you buy that blarney, let us introduce you to Kenny G, king of bebop. Anyway, this all-fabulous-babe vocal-and-fiddle ensemble's first disc, A New Journey, topped Billboard's world music chart for 86 weeks, so worldly these gals must be. The orchestrated lushness suggests a sub-Enya New Age remix of a '90s Disney soundtrack, with a few uilleann pipes and legit-folk passages to justify the moniker. But if you need something overweeningly pretty as a tonic to the harder-driving likes of, say, Il Divo, Celtic Woman is just the soporific.
