MOVIES
+ Titanic duo Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet will reunite for
Revolutionary Road, directed by her husband, Sam Mendes. Based on
Richard Yates' 1961 novel, the film, says producer John N. Hart, follows
a couple ''who move to the suburbs and imagine [they're] better than the
people around them.'' DiCaprio is also set to reteam with Martin Scorsese
for the upcoming thriller The Wolf of Wall Street.
+ Tom Cruise will star in director Bryan Singer's untitled WWII thriller about an attempt by German generals to kill Adolf Hitler in July 1944. ''Of all the plots to assassinate Hitler,'' notes Singer of the true tale, ''this came the closest.''
MUSIC
+ Paul McCartney's next CD, out this summer, will be the first original
release for Hear Music, Starbucks' label with the Concord Music Group.
Says Concord CEO Glen Barros, ''It's a very personal record [that] shows
his evolution as an artist.'' With additional reporting by Michael Endelman
