''Like The Decalogue, but funny'' was how director David Wain described his Ten Commandments-based project at Sundance. Starring Paul Rudd, Adam Brody, and a cast of thousands from Wain's previous comedy ventures The State and Stella, the movie is indeed a more-than-slightly off-kilter look at those rules on the stone tablets. But here's what you really want to know: Does convicted shoplifter Winona Ryder actually tackle ''Thou Shalt Not Steal''? Yes, she does. And thanks to her segment in the film, you'll never look at a marionette the same way again. (August)
