The second installment of the Russian horror-fantasy series that tracks a modern-day war between immortals follows 2006's Night Watch, which managed Matrix-esque effects on a mere $6 million budget. As we speak, director Timur Bekmambetov is prepping a third film in English this time but still sticking with the formula that turned Day Watch into a blockbuster back home.
