THE SETUP A new program director (Gary Sandy) revives a less-than-rockin' radio station.

BELIEVE IT... The infamous ''Turkeys Away'' episode, featuring a doomed Thanksgiving station promo with live birds and a helicopter, was based on a true story.

...OR NOT After CBS complained about receptionist Jennifer's ''nipple problem'' (in a commentary, actress Loni Anderson, pictured, blames a freezing studio), she wore strategically placed Band-Aids. B+
