If the music coordinators for Grey's Anatomy haven't heard this fresh-faced singer's debut yet, someone ought to sit them down for a listen, stat. Jon McLaughlin cranks out piano-centric melodies and earnest lyrics like a one-man version of Grey's mainstays the Fray; almost every tune sounds tailor-made for a tearful scene at Seattle Grace. McLaughlin's polished, sensitive anthems begin to blur together over Indiana's hour-long running time, but his formula yields more than a few adult-contemporary triumphs along the way. B
