This scion of Brazilian musical royalty has adroitly transcended her lineage, melding father João's bossa nova with electronica on 2000's Tanto Tempo and her self-titled '04 follow-up. On Momento, Bebel Gilberto enriches her formula with experimental flourishes and well-chosen partners to complement her caressing vocals. Enlisting the Brazilian Girls, she deploys wah-wah keyboards on the funky ''Bring Back the Love'' and acoustic guitars on the urban odyssey ''Os Novos Yorkinos.'' For Gilberto, the third time is a charmer. B+
