NOT HARD TO SWALLOW Eat finds an older Manson registering as more creepy than scary, but still cranking out some honest-to-Goth big-time rockers

Marilyn Manson's transformation from son-of-Satan scary to weird-smelling-geezer-on-the-bus creepy has been completed with the video for new single ''Heart-Shaped Glasses,'' where he can be seen pawing an undressed, bloody Evan Rachel Wood. And it is true that Eat Me, Drink Me lacks menace no matter how many times Manson uses the F-word (which, in ''Evidence,'' is a lot). Still, this collection musically driven by guitarist Tim Skold boasts a clutch of Goth-rock numbers that, if not evil per se, are still devilishly good.
