If the phrase ''rave-rock album featuring Jane's Addiction vocalist Perry Farrell and ex-Extreme guitarist Nuno Bettencourt, with help from the late Jim Morrison'' strikes you as a punchline rather than a viable concept, you're not alone. But don't laugh too hard. Laced with wacky musical allusions (Rare Earth, the Bee Gees) and Bettencourt's white-hot solos, this debut is worth a spin. We especially dig ''Woman in the Window,'' a spaced-out tune built around a previously unheard Morrison vocal snippet. DOWNLOAD THIS: Mr. Sunshine
