We the Best (2007)

Twenty-eight guest stars might seem like too many — but here they're necessary, since Miami radio jock DJ Khaled doesn't seem to do much beyond shouting tiresome boasts (''We represent the hood!''). Lil Wayne's three appearances are uniformly fine, but the majority of the small army of MCs who take turns on We the Best donate what mostly sound like leftovers. Given the uninspired likes of ''I'm So Hood'' and ''I'm From the Ghetto,'' whose titles say it all, it's hard to blame them. C DOWNLOAD THIS: We Takin' Over
