WHY THIS Because Smith's slackers-make-an-adult-film for-fun-and-profit comedy (which he'll shoot after a horror flick, Red State) sounds like a gas. Heck, Harvey Weinstein gave it the green light based solely on the title. But, egads, does it have to be so dirty? ''That's how I talk,'' says Smith. ''That's how most folks above the age of 10 talk. It breaks my mother's heart, but it's true.''
