The Houston stop on the 41-city tour — presenting all the toe-tapping tunes from the 2006 Grease-esque Disney Channel movie — chugs through the entire High School Musical soundtrack in an hour. Costar Zac Efron's absence is palpable, but Drew Seeley (who dubbed Efron's vocals) keeps the screaming gals happy. EXTRAS A day-in-the-life featurette catches the kids prepping (Hudgens scarfs cotton candy preconcert); ''U Direct'' lets viewers see five performances from different angles. B+
