Bill Clinton’s foray into acting

The president shined in his acting debut ''The Final Days''

Never mind Martin Sheen. This year's most convincing small-screen portrayal of a President goes to Clinton. In The Final Days, a six-minute video that was the hit of the White House Correspondents' Association dinner in April, the soon-to-be ex-Prez gamely lampooned his lame-duck status: killing time by practicing an Oscar-acceptance speech (until guest star Kevin Spacey takes his statuette back), running after Hillary's limo with her forgotten lunch sack, and perusing a certain magazine with the initials EW while doing laundry. ''He has a natural timing and acting ability,'' raves Everybody Loves Raymond creator Philip Rosenthal, who directed the video. ''I gave him my card and said, 'I'm always looking for people on the show.''' Everybody Loves Bubba, anyone?
