Best Numbers Lena Horne's sultry ''The Lady Is a Tramp,'' Garland and Rooney's delightful ''I Wish I Were in Love Again,'' Mel Torme's melancholy ''Blue Moon,'' and ''Slaughter on Tenth Avenue,'' with Gene Kelly and Vera-Ellen's hot hoofing.
