Who knows what property values on Wisteria Lane are like, what with all the comings and goings in season 4. Exec producer Marc Cherry's mum on the fate of Edie, last seen hanging from a rafter, but he's welcoming Dana Delany and Nathan Fillion to America's creepiest cul-de-sac, as a couple with ''comedic sensibility but also interesting baggage,'' says Cherry. ''Dana was my first choice for Bree [now played to perfection by Marcia Cross]. She had scheduling conflicts, but I've been stalking her for a few years.'' Also on the block: an unambiguously gay duo played by Tuc Watkins (One Life to Live and Kevin Rahm (Judging Amy) — and they're not making friends. ''They decide to put out a big piece of modern art that's also a fountain on their front lawn, and the sound drives Susan and Mike crazy.'' Crazier, Marc. Crazier.
