The Seattle Grace staff came down with a case of ludicrousness, but they still pull off some of TV's tightest ensemble acting. BEST EXTRA On ''Wishin' and Hopin','' commentary from Kate Burton and Ellen Pompeo reveals a warm mother-daughter vibe that's the exact opposite of their incendiary onscreen relationship. B
