A deeply imbalanced dramedy, Georgia Rule tells the story of a party girl (Lindsay Lohan) who is forced by her mother (Felicity Huffman) to move in with her iron-fisted grandma (Jane Fonda), thereby introducing great hair and bad attitude to a Podunk town in Idaho. Fonda presides with sinking-ship pride, but it's Lohan's overblown pouting that makes the movie as mesmerizing as it is unbearable. EXTRAS include an all-smiles photo montage and a morbidly chipper commentary by director Garry Marshall (The Princess Diaries 2). Guess no one told him the jig was up. D
