sneers on ''The Morning News.'' His sophomore CD, Ultimate Victory, picks up where last
year's anti-racial-profiling hit ''Ridin''' left off, admonishing a
culture more concerned with celebrity gossip than government hypocrisy
and institutional prejudice. The rapper's message hits home on most of
the curse-free tracks though at times misogyny (''Industry Groupie'')
undermines his holier-than-thou stance. That's when this gadfly morphs
into a pervy, grumpy old man. B
