The NBC Direct news has us wondering what's going on with Hulu, the NBC-News Corp. video website that was announced with much fanfare in March. Spokesperson Christina Lee clears things up (sorta).
EW When's the launch date?
Christina Lee In October, but we haven't announced a specific date.
EW Which shows will be available?
CL At launch, we'll have shows from Fox and NBC.
EW Will streaming and downloads be available?
CL It will be streaming at launch. [Downloading] is certainly something we'll consider.
EW What will it cost?
CL It will be an ad-funded service, so everything will be free to the
viewer.
