For someone who talks endlessly about about nourishing her ''yellow,'' or inner happiness, Rosie O'Donnell nurses a lot of grudges: Kelly Ripa. Elizabeth Hasselbeck. Donald Trump. But she saves most of her vitriol in Celebrity Detox for View matriarch Barbara Walters, who Rosie believes failed to defend her staunchly enough during the recent Trump fiasco: ''When the s--- hit the golden fan, she...cast her allegiance with the wealthy guy.'' Rosie herself never pauses to consider whether her bulldozer approach might have alienated Walters. ''My intent was never to steal the show,'' she proclaims. ''My intent was to enhance it, but not all forms of help are experienced this way.'' Detox isn't really a book at all, just a hate-filled, slapped-together pastiche of old blog items, truly dreadful poetry, and snippets from a discarded earlier manuscript. D
