American hipsters can't get enough of French disco-house this year, from Daft Punk's triumphant summer tour to the ascent of Justice. So the time might be right for a Stateside breakthrough by this long-running Parisian duo. (A cameo from Pharrell Williams in ''Eye Water'' certainly won't hurt.) Cassius' Philippe Zdar and Boombass are at their best on 15 Again when they pair fuzzy beats with sleek, Steely Dan-inspired, soft-rock stylings. Crank ''Rock Number One'' for a preview of what wedding bands might sound like in 2050. B+
